Background
Deliverance is the London-based company which delivers freshly cooked Japanese, Indian, Thai, Chinese, European and Italian menu items to residential properties. Their kitchens are located in Farringdon, Canary Wharf, Battersea, Wimbledon and Shepherds Bush. London Letterbox Marketing services were trialled by Deliverance in 2009 and were subsequently appointed to carry out the delivery
of printed material to residential properties surrounding the five kitchen operations.


The objectives set
It is the key aim of the Sales and Marketing department of Deliverance to increase customer response to their home delivery product through systematic and targeted door to door distribution campaigns of their printed material. Success is measured through incremental telephone orders and incremental sales.


The methods we employ
Our Operations team and the Sales and Marketing team of Deliverance work jointly identify all the specific roads within each catchment area within a specified motorbike ride time distance of each of the five kitchens.
We again harness our experience of operating in these areas with the most up to date Royal Mail database to ensure the right properties are targeted and delivered to. This is essential to ensure expensive printed material reaches residents who are most likely
to read the contents and therefore use the services of Deliverance.
Following each door to door delivery campaign a systematic review is carried out and action for improvement is agreed prior the next campaign.


The results we are achieving
Telephone orders have increased fourfold since London Letterbox Marketing took over the distribution contract.
